Ingredients:
        2 tablespoons sugar  
          1 teaspoon Angostura bitters 
          3 thinly sliced fresh oranges 
          3 thinly sliced fresh lemons 
          1 bottle soda water 
          3 bottles Champagne 
        Putting it together:
        Put the sugar, Angostura bitters and fruit slices and any juice into 
          a punch bowl. 
          Stir the mixture thoroughly. 
          Add the soda water and several large pieces of ice. Stir mixture 
          Pour in the chilled Champagne at the last minute. 
         
        Serves approx. 12 - 14 people.
