Ingredients:
        Streaky bacon with rind removed 
         
        Putting it together:
        Roll up rashers of streaky bacon and thread on to a scewer. 
          Grill for 3 - 5 minutes until crisp. 
        Variation: 
        Wrap the bacon around prunes and thread on to a scewer. 
          Grill for 3 - 5 minutes until crisp.  
        Note: 
          If using wooden scewers, soak in cold water for about 30 minutes prior 
          to use. This helps prevent the scewers burning.
