Ingredients:
        8oz flour 
          3oz butter 
          1/4 teaspoon baking powder 
          1/4 teaspoon salt 
          pinch cayenne pepper 
          1 cup of your favourite cheese grated 
          1 egg 
        Putting it together:
        Sift the dry ingredients together 
          Rub in the butter 
          Add the cheese 
          Beat the egg and mix with enough water to make 3/4 cup of liquid 
          Add the egg and water mix to make a stiff dough 
          Roll out thinly and cut into shapes. 
          Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180c 
        Store in a air tight container. 
        Note: 
          adding more cheese makes the mixture tastier
