Ingredients:
        Fruit mincemeat 
          Filo pastry 
          Milk or water  
        Putting it together:
        Layer 6 sheets of filo pastry, brushing each sheet lightly with water 
          or milk. 
          Cut the pastry into squares and line small muffin pans. 
          Fill with frui mincemeat. Top with a small square of pastry. 
          Bake at 180c (350f, gas mark 4) for 20-25 minutes. 
          Cool on a rack and dust with icing sugar.
