Tropical Fruit and Nut Slice

Ingredients:

1 packet plain biscuits (such as wine biscuits)
100 grams melted butter
2 cups dried or crystallised fruit (apricots, pineapple, papapya, cherries)
3/4 cup blanched sliced almonds or pecans
150 grams Nestles Club Chocolate, cut into small pieces
3/4 - 1 cup of shredded coconut (coconut thread)
1 tin condensed milk

Putting it together:

Make the base, put the biscuits in a food processor a (or blender) and process until fine.
Add the melted butter.
Press into a greased and lined slice tin (approx. 32cm x 23cm)

Now the topping,
Chop the fruit an place over the biscuit base.
Sprinkle the cut chocolate, almonds and coconut on top of the fruit.
Drizzle condensed milk over the slice.

Fan bake at 160C for approx 20 minutes, until golden
When cool cut into squares or triangles.
