Seasonal Fruit Soup

Ingredients:

1 kg peeled stone fruit (e.g.. plums, peaches, apricots nectarines)
1/2 cup natural low fat yoghourt

Garnish:
natural low fat yoghourt
fruit slices

Putting it together:

Put the copped fruit and yoghourt in a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Add water if you want a thinner consistency.
Chill well and serve garnished with a swirl of yoghort and a slice of fruit.

Serves 4

Variation:
Substitute the stone fruit for berry fruit such as raspberries, boysenberries and strawberries.

Note:
This is a wonderful low calorie soup.
