Ingredients:
        4 egg whites 
          2 teaspoons vinegar 
          1 teaspoon vanilla 
          1 tablespoon cornflour 
          8 tablespoons caster sugar 
          coconut  
        Putting it together:
        Beat egg whites till stiff 
          A add 6 tablespoons caster sugar and beat well. 
          Fold in last 2 tablespoons caster sugar and cornflour with fork.  
          Add vanilla and vinegar.  
          Put mixture into lined sponge roll tin.  
          Bake 6 minutes 180c (350f, Gas Mark 4) 
          Sprinkle with coconut.  
          Bake another 6 minutes. 
          Turn onto greaseproof paper coconut side down. Roll.  
           
          Fill when cold with whatever you want. Strawberries & cream.
